Welcome to HOLLOU. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (hollou.ai), the HOLLOU AI Commerce Platform software, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering for an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Service Usage and Accounts

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HOLLOU services, subject to the following guidelines:

You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.
You must not use the Services for any unlawful activities or in violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
Our full-screen AI overlays and assistants must be deployed strictly in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property and Content

You retain all ownership rights to your product catalog data, FAQ documents, and training uploads. By uploading content, you grant HOLLOU a royalty-free, global license to process and index this data solely to run, optimize, and deliver the conversational search and support features for your site. The HOLLOU platform code, logos, and UI designs remain the exclusive property of HOLLOU.

4. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to deliver enterprise-grade performance. Our Pro and Enterprise tiers include dedicated support SLAs and RAG pipeline uptime commitments as outlined in your specific pricing schedule. While we utilize advanced multi-layer validation to maintain catalog-verified accuracy, AI outputs are generated programmatically and you are encouraged to periodically review indexed knowledge base paths.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOLLOU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

6. Termination and Disputes

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
